We are dedicated to providing professionalism and ensuring our work is of an extremely high quality and tradesmanship. Our team is continuously participating in training and up-skilling to ensure we are up to date with the latest technologies and the most efficient and effective ways of completing tasks.
At Tadpole Plumbing we are committed to ensuring that OHS&W procedures are always followed and updated regularly. We are constantly reviewing procedures, documenting issues and setting out guidelines to ensure that all staff, our clients' and general public’s health and safety is maintained on all jobs. We require all plumbers to complete a Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) prior to commencing work at a job site.
Our equipment is tested frequently (following manufacturers guidelines) and cleaned regularly. Our plumbing vehicles are equipped with plumbing tools, plumbing materials and hand tools. Larger equipment is stored at our workshop and is easily accessible for all our plumbers to use as required.
Our contact base of suppliers and service providers has been specifically handpicked to ensure that the materials we use and the work we produced is of extremely high quality. They also enable us to perform a range of jobs from small to large in an efficient manner.
